I would just like to thank you for a great service in getting a Cranky set to me so quickly. I ordered my son's christmas present from you yesterday morning and it arrived lunchtime today. I had ordered it from amazon 3 weeks ago and they let me down. I was panicking, thinking I wouldn't be able to get another Cranky in time for Christmas, and then I found your website.
You do a super job - thank you so much. Needless to say I will be coming straight to you next time I am ordering toys.

Just wanted to drop you a line to congratulate you on your 1st rate customer service. I am thrilled and very impressed that I can order some thomas engines for my sons birthday on a Sunday night and that they can turn up on my door step by 1.15 pm today.
